The verdict
Tasklet did not exist in January 2025. The vendor's release note "Introducing Tasklet" is dated October 9, 2025 ("Today, we're launching Tasklet"), and tasklet.ai was first archived on 2025-09-19. Launch-era pricing is not recoverable: the archived pricing page from 2026-01-28 to 2026-04-23 is a client-rendered shell with no figures. The changelog dates the meter — "Credits-based billing: A new credits-based billing model is live across all plans", February 20, 2026 — so whatever preceded it is unstated. The first readable capture, 2026-06-07, showed Free at $0 with "300 bonus credits per day", Starter at $25 for 10,000 credits a month, Pro at $100 for 40,000, and a Custom ladder from 10,000 credits for $25 to 1,000,000 for $2,500, with 600 daily bonus credits on paid plans. On June 30, 2026 the changelog recorded "self-serve credit purchases now go up to $10,000". The 2026-09-03 capture still carried the free plan and already priced one-time credits at $5 per 1,600 with a $25 minimum and a one-year life, its ladder reaching 4,000,000 credits for $10,000; by 2026-10-10 the free plan was gone ("Tasklet requires payment to use") and what happens when credits run out was still not stated.
